David of American Towing and Recovery made our unexpected towing experience a good one. He was very efficient and knowledgeable with our vehicle and an excellent driver. The necessary two and a half hour drive to Las Vegas was amazingly comfortable in his air-conditioned truck. Thank you, David and American Towing!

Today the level of service I received was excellent starting with David all the way through his team the technician Christian was very knowledgeable about his job.In my view the leadership displayed today shows level of teamwork that's lacking in today's service industry. I'm sure these employees are valued by their employer.

American Towing is the best. They showed up a half hour earlier than expected and within minutes had my car on the truck and we were on the road. Being towed is never fun but Rocky was the best, making sure we were comfortable and keeping great conversation with us for the 45 minute ride. The man deserves a raise. Thank you all at American towing and recovery.

My experience as AAA member was excellent all the way through. The phone call from the dispatcher to the arrival and execution of the tow service. It was clear David knew what he was doing, he was professional, effiecient and safe! When he downloaded the vehicle in the requested location, he showed genuine skill. He was professional, polite and communicated well with us. Very appreciated. Thank you again!

Today Norman saved my daughter’s day with his knowledge and a fast service with her battery. He made sure we were totally satisfied and made sure we knew everything we needed to about our warranty. Thank You American towing and Norman for being such a great business.
